We offer a 14-day return guarantee, which means you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your item. Zunu.us does not accept returns after 14 days from the delivery date. Please note that WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS OR RETURN LABELS. Customers are responsible for return shipping if they change their mind about a purchase.

We accept returns and exchanges of both defective and non-defective products. For non-defective returns, the product must be in new condition with its seal intact.

Delivered but Not Received
If the tracking number indicates the package was delivered but you haven’t received it due to incorrect address information, we may offer a replacement once a secure shipping address is confirmed. A 7$ handling/shipping fee will apply.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations or changes are STRICTLY accepted within 24 hours after placing the order (as long as it has not yet been fulfilled). Please contact us at support@zunu.us and include your order number.

Zunu.us is not responsible for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to labor disputes, fires, war, governmental actions, limited or unavailable supply from vendors, and other unforeseeable factors.
