RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • In the original packaging, with all seals, tags, and labels intact

    • Free from odors, pet hair, and stains

Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from delivery.


2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To request a return or exchange, contact us at support@zunu.us within 14 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the reason for return

  • Photo evidence (for damaged or defective items)

We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.


3. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.

  • We do not provide free return labels.

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping.


4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases


5. REFUND POLICY

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: Within 30 days of receipt.


6. UNCLAIMED PACKAGES & DELIVERY ISSUES

  • Unclaimed packages are subject to a $8 handling fee.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received due to an incorrect address, we may offer a replacement after verifying the address. A $7 reshipping fee applies.


7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement, as long as they have not been processed.

  • Email us at support@zunu.us with your order number to request a cancellation.


8. DISCLAIMER

Zunu.us is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carrier issues

  • Natural disasters or force majeure events

  • Supplier changes or inventory fluctuations

Use of our products is at your own discretion. We disclaim liability for direct or indirect damages caused by use or misuse of products.
