SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Zunu. This shipping policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders, including important terms for both one-time purchases and subscriptions.

  1. SHIPPING COVERAGE
    We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

  2. ORDER PROCESSING
    Our order cut off time is 5 PM (EST). When ordering after that time, the order will be processed the day after. Our standard processing time is 2–5 business days after an order is placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  3. SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY TIME
    We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $4.49 USD per order, shipped via USPS.

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

Once shipped, the estimated delivery time within the U.S. is 1–4 business days. Please note these are estimated timelines and not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors.

  1. SUBSCRIPTION SHIPPING
    For customers enrolled in a subscription:

  • The subscription amount will be automatically charged each month to your selected payment method.

  • You will receive your subscription product once per month at the shipping address you provided.

You may manage or cancel your subscription by contacting us prior to your next billing cycle.

  1. SHIPPING ACCURACY
    To ensure accurate and timely delivery, please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. Zunu is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

  2. TRACKING INFORMATION
    Once your order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be generated and emailed to you with your shipping confirmation.

If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@zunu.us and include your order number.

  1. DELIVERY DELAYS
    We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur due to:

  • Public or national holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes or disruptions in air or ground transportation

  • Other events beyond our control

If your delivery exceeds 45 business days, we will issue a full refund to ensure your satisfaction.
