SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

At Zunu, we offer a subscription option to help you stay stocked with your favorite products conveniently. This policy outlines how our subscription program works, including billing, delivery, management, and cancellation terms.


1. Subscription Billing

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Zunu to automatically charge your selected payment method for the total order amount on a recurring monthly basis.

  • Billing Frequency: Every 30 days from the date of initial purchase.

  • Payment Method: The same payment method used during your initial purchase will be used for recurring charges unless updated.


2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Each month, you will receive your subscribed product delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

  • Orders are shipped via USPS with a flat shipping rate of $4.49.

  • Free shipping is automatically applied to all subscription orders over $100.


3. Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription

You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

You may do so in two ways:

  • Log in to your customer account on zunu.us to view and manage your subscription directly.

  • Or contact us via email at support@zunu.us or through our contact form. Please include your full name and order details.


4. Refunds

Cancellations made after billing may not be eligible for refunds. If you believe a charge or delivery was made in error, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation so we can assist you.


5. Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, we will notify you by email. The system will retry the payment up to three times. If unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused or cancelled until the payment issue is resolved.


6. Subscription Changes

Zunu reserves the right to update subscription pricing, shipping fees, or terms. In such cases, you will be notified via email in advance and have the option to cancel before any changes take effect.
